Throughout our 7+ years of advising non-profits, charities, and social enterprises of all sizes, we have developed extensive expertise in a variety of functional areas, including strategy, operations, and marketing.
Each semester, consultants are assigned engagements according to their individual interests, competencies, and engagement scope. Engagement managers lead teams of 3-4 consultants to develop compatible solutions that deliver breakthrough impact for our clients. Each team is also augmented by an industry professional working at one of the world’s top consultancies (such as Monitor Deloitte, KPMG, and BCG), acting as a source of in-depth knowledge and ensuring our deliverables meet exceptional standards.

Generally, our 5-4 person engagement teams spend over 150 hours across 10 weeks on their engagement to ensure we develop custom-built solutions that surpass our client's expectations.
