After graduating the Schulich School of Business in 2021, Mohammed will be working as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company full-time. The Globe & Mail recently wrote an article on his experience meeting the President of Capital One Canada Jennifer R. Jackson as part of the CEOx1Day program.

Recruiting Cycle
Each year, Catalyst Consulting Group invites Schulich’s best and brightest to apply to be a part of our team. We identify and hire high-performance individuals with the desire to make a long lasting impact in their community. During our annual recruitment in January, we aim to hire a combination of first and second year students to fill our consultant and research analyst roles.

The recruitment process involves a written application and one round of interviews. The written application that includes questions relating to the candidates’ skills and experience, and is supplemented by pitching a pragmatic solution for a potential Catalyst Consulting Group client. Applicants will be invited to an in-person interview consisting of behavioural questions, a market-sizing activity, and an interviewer-led case-based exercise.
